This week I had a go at the weekly challenge set as part of the makeover Monday community. Had lots of fun doing this, it started as a line chart then ended up as total over-use of reference lines.

That said it sort of works. The data came from Daily Kos and thanks to the Makeover Monday communityfor continuously being inspiring.
